Product Details

Automatic Workstation for Seam Joining Operation (FD-xxxx Series)
on Single Needle, Overlock Machine.

This is the special type of workstation, using for seam joining operation on single needle machine, overlock machine etc. Also auto serging can be done on over lock machine.

FEATURES:

  • Catcher; Fully programmable for controlling the fabric tension by microprocessor & Stepping Motor. Also can be synchronised with machine's running speed & stitch length.
  • Pneumatic edge guide; Provided with machine can be programmed into four different modes suitable according to the operator.
  • Fullness; Can be provided through a pneumatic device which controls the bottom differential feed. (Top differential feed also optional)
  • Digital Control Panel; can be programmed easily for pulling the fabric, length adjustment etc. Also machine can run in Semi-automatic & Fully-automatic mode.
  • Stacker; Moreover a mounted kit for stacking long & short fabric is available.
  • Suction Device & Chain Cutter; provided on FD-5800 to collect the waste fabric & trim the thread.
  • Digital Puller; attached to the FD-5700 to avoide the puckering.
  • Machine can be designed according to the seams to be done such as Single Needle Chain Stitch M/c, Serging, 3-thread, 4-thread, 5-thread, 6-thread Overlock Machine, with top feed, without top feed etc.
