The machine is used for knotting & wrapping of the buttons after providing looseness in a button stitch machine. This process provides a strengthen stem of button which is attached to the fabric with looseness. By useing this process the button hole plackets fits easily into the button placket. Also after fixing the button there is no expending view of the button hole.

With the maximum sewing speed at 3000 spm this sewing machine delivers high productivity. Also Electronic controlled machanism has been adopted instead of machanical cam.

FEATURES:

• Using Fully programmable LCD operation panel it is possible to select the button type (Shank/ Flat), Wrapping & Knotting frequency can be programmed, Button hight can be programmed, Thread cut on/ off can be programmed, Different language can be select & Wrapping & Knotting sequence can be programmed.
• The default setting in the machine is programmed as one knotting in starting-wrapping-three knotting in end. There is a programming facility available in the control panel option is as below;
  a) Knotting, Wrapping, Knotting.
  b) Knotting.
  c) Wrapping.
• Three powerful stepping motor controlled by microprocessors are used for different individual motion;
  a) Front Back Motion.
  b) Wrapping.
  c) Knotting.
• By using Pneumatic Thread Trimming System it is guarented that there will be no damage to the button as well as the fabric.
• By using Pneumatic system easy to thread the machine wothout any delay.
• It is very easy to operate, because the dynamic design of the machine is suitable for higher productivity by using single opertator handling two machines at same time. Operatoe has to feed the button into the slot only & push start button just near to the disk. Once the cycle time get complate machine stops automaticaly & the thread gets trimmed.
• Individual arms controlled by microprocessors & stepping motor ensured a perfect double hand made knotting without any use of needle & hook assembly.
