Smooth tension/ pucker free seams even in microfibre are the speciality of this high performance Digital Puller. The intermittent top puller feed operates with great stability, even at high speed. Thus the digital puller is predestinated for efficient processing of difficult-to-fabrics.

THE BEST OPERATION EFFICIENCY: Digital puller is driven by a Stepping Motor controlled by microprocessor and synchroniser with fully programmable panel easy to handle and set quality of stitching according to the fabric. The digital machanism provides equal pulling at any movement motion of the feeding controlled by a cam.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: The ergonomic design ensure that it can be fitted to any make sewing machine with the help of just changing the face plate. The puller can work at any speed because the machine speed is recognised through a Synchroniser and converted to desired pulling speed by microprocessor and stepping motor.

• DRIVING MACHANISM: The puller is driven by a independent stepping motors controlled by Micoprocessor and fully programmable panel.

• SYNCHRINISER: The synchroniser detects the needle positioning of the machine and providessignals to the Microprocessor for perfect intermittent feeding.
• TRANSMISSION: To avoid the transmission loss and malfunctioning the puller is designed with hetical gears instead of belts.
• DISPLAY CONTROL PANEL: The fully programmable display can be programmed for;

  • Stitch Length.
  • Backtack Spped.
  • Variable Pulling Spped.

• WORKING MACHANISM: One feeding movement divided into 1000 equal signals which ensure the smooth feeding of fabric without any puckering. Each ateps is controlled by a Microprocessor, Synchroniser and Stepping Motor. The Mechanism ensure that any stage of feeding movement the fabric pulling force is similar.

• FRICTION LESS MOTION: A special bearing roller is provided under the upper roller in a sewing machine bed according to the application to avoid any kind of friction generated while pulling to give a pucker free seams.
• BACKTACK SYSTEM: The puller can be electrically connected to the backtack solenoide or reverse switch to make work efficiently in reverse mode while backtacking in a sewing machine.
• PRESSURE FOOT LIFTING SYSTEM: Automatically pullers get lifted with the help of clamping shaft or pneumatic cylinder while we lift the pressure foot. Puller can also be easily engage/ disengage by finger switch, which makes the puller complete in disengage position.
