Pneumatic Edge Guide (FD-xx Series)
for Single Needle, Double Needle, Overlock Machine etc.

Pneumatic Edge Guide makes seaming operations more productive and accurate. By automatically keeping seams perfectly aligned, the operator can sew continuously through the whole length of material, instead of taking frequent stops to re-align the edges. Also seam width can be quickly adjusted.

FEATURES:

PNEUMATIC SYSTEM : The pneumatic system holds fabric automaticaly towards the needle. Upper & lower fabric catcher both have pneumatic system, that's why no need to hold fabric mannualy & pneumatic pressure can be adjust easily.
NO BAR: Any thickness of fabric can be use. Only have to adjust the different plies through fabric thickness controller.
MOVEMENT MECHANISM: Two pneumatic cylinder provided into the machine, one for "To move the carriage front & back" & other for "To move the catcher open & close".
One stand (only with Overlock attachment) comming with the attachment, using this easily engage/ disengage is possible.
Seam width can be easily adjusted.
